Amulet Media collaborates with numerous industry professionals and will hire them for select projects pending their expertise. We pride ourselves on nurturing strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients, community members, artists, and industry professionals. We are committed to positive, inclusive, and professional interactions at all times.

Contractors, hired talent, sponsors, location staff, and volunteers are also subject to this policy. Any partner caught disobeying this policy will be notified and are expected to stop any offending behavior immediately. Further action will be managed confidentially, and any action will be at the discretion of Amulet Media.

Harassment will not be tolerated. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, sexual preference, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. If you are being harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can investigate the matter immediately.

Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. Sexual harassment is defined as any unwanted verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. It can include: inappropriate staring, sexual jokes, showing or sending unwanted sexual pictures (including cartoons or other sexual images), demanding hugs, dates or sexual favours, making unnecessary physical contact including unwanted touching, using language that puts someone down on the basis of their gender, spreading sexual rumours, threatening to fire or punish someone if they don’t accept sexual advances (this is known as reprisal), and stalking. Any forms of abuse will not be tolerated in any way by Amulet Media. Physical Abuse is any act by an individual(s) that results in any form of non-accidental physical harm or mental infliction upon another party. Physical abuse consists of and is not limited to: touching a person(s) without permission, using objects to touch a person(s) without permission, physically intimidating postures and body language, throwing objects, damaging objects and property.

Respecting all locations and venues. All team members, partners, clients, talent, staff and volunteers on-site are required to respect the location shoot venues. Everyone is responsible for disposing of their own waste and recycling in the proper receptacles provided, not going outside the respective permitted areas (green rooms included), and ensuring the venue is left in better shape than when we arrived. Please report any damage, destruction, and vandalism to security staff as soon as possible.

Amulet Media takes violations of our policy seriously and will respond appropriately. If any team members, staff, volunteer, partner, talent, or crew member violates any terms of this Code of Conduct, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the production. Law enforcement may also be notified.

Once notified, an Amulet Media representative will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Please remember that notifying Amulet Media does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

This Code of Conduct may be revised at any time by Amulet Media and the terms are non-negotiable.
